GRAV® Wholesale Order Policies


GRAV offers a comprehensive selection of smoking and vaping tools and accessories. Our specialty is borosilicate glass pipes and components, but our expertise extends to every method of consumption. We’ve spent years cultivating our scientific aesthetic and growing a handful of products into entire families and brands, covering every major category of pipe. We’re proud to partner with many incredible retailers and distributors, and we built this site to provide the most convenient and satisfying shopping experience possible, along with the level of service our products and customers deserve.

*Due to COVID-19 and our commitment to maintaining a safe workspace for our employees in accordance with state and local laws, our current lead time for wholesale orders placed is approximately 7-8 business days. We will continue to update this as events change and are dedicated to ensuring your order gets to you as quickly and safely as possible. 

AGE RESTRICTION

All GRAV products are intended to be sold to and used by individuals older than 21 years of age. If you are younger than 21, please leave this site immediately. If you sell GRAV products in person, we require that you verify the age of every customer using photo ID. If you sell GRAV products online, we require that you verify age prior to check out.

  • URL for Online Retail Site (if GRAV products will be sold there)

USERNAME & ACCOUNT INFORMATION


Your business will receive ONE username and set of log-in credentials per Federal Tax ID#. If you have multiple users or buyers linked to that Tax ID #, they will need to share that username. If you are ordering for multiple locations, those addresses can be stored and edited on your Account page.


For the security of your business, please do not share log-in credentials with unauthorized parties. If you feel your login credentials have been compromised, please reach out to support@grav.com immediately.


Every account will be assigned an Account Manager based on regions within the United States.  Your Account Manager will periodically reach out to you about account information, upcoming product launches, special offers, and other GRAV initiatives. If you’d like to speak with your Account Manager, their contact info will be displayed at the top of our site’s homepage. You can also schedule a call with your Account Manager from the homepage.


PRODUCT OFFERING


All products and components in our current wholesale catalog are available on wholesale.GRAV.com. When an item is out of stock, it will be marked Sold Out. We do not accept backorders for these items. However, you can request a Stock Alert from any product page that is currently out of stock. If you select "Get Stock Alert" and enter your email. you'll receive an automatic response when the that product is restocked.


Periodically, GRAV launches products for sale through our site that are available for exclusive pre-order. Items may require a partial deposit to secure your spot in line.


AREA OF SERVICE

Wholesale.GRAV.com ships to all 50 states. Orders placed on this site cannot currently ship to Puerto Rico, Mexico, Canada, or any other countries and territories beyond the United States. We are working to expand our shipping range so that everyone who loves our products can find and purchase what they want from us directly.

If you'd like to ship an order outside the 50 states, please contact your Account Manager directly to place an offline order.


Due to FedEx restrictions, we do not ship to PO boxes of any kind.


Canadian customers can look to our partner, Humble + Fume, for distribution of GRAV products, as well as any claims and queries.


MINIMUM ORDER


The minimum order amount is $250.  Individual items do not have minimum order quantities.


SHIPPING


We send all orders using FedEx. We calculate shipping costs based on the quote we receive from FedEx. We ship all orders from our facility in Austin, TX.  Your shipping rate will depend on your proximity to Austin and the shipment’s weight and dimensions.


Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.


*Due to COVID-19 and our commitment to maintaining a safe workspace for our employees in accordance with state and local laws, our current lead time for wholesale orders is approximately 7-8 business days. If you select Expedited shipping, please understand that this only applies to the rate at which FedEx delivers the shipment. Expedited shipping DOES NOT shorten our lead time.


PRICING


Every product on wholesale.GRAV.com displays its current wholesale price. This price is subject to change throughout the year, but the wholesale price is the same at any given time for all customers.


If you distribute GRAV products to other retailers, you must sell them at wholesale pricing unless otherwise approved in writing by your Account Manager.


Products on wholesale.GRAV.com also display their current Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). When retailing GRAV products online or in a brick and mortar store, you must sell them at or above the minimum advertised pricing unless otherwise approved in writing by your Account Manager.


Occasionally, there may be bundles and specials that are only available on wholesale.GRAV.com. While you’re still welcome to call or email to place your order, Account Managers may not always be able to offer the same deals available on our site.


ORDER MODIFICATION & CANCELATION


If you need to cancel or change your order (including changes to products ordered, payment information, and address details), please contact our Claims team immediately at claims@grav.com. If your order ships before you can cancel it, GRAV can’t guarantee FedEx will be able to prevent delivery. If an order you want canceled is shipped prior to cancelation, you will still be charged, and a refund will not be processed until we’ve received the returned package in accordance with our return policies.


RETURN POLICY


GRAV takes pride in our quality control and packaging standards, and it’s very rare that a product should arrive broken or damaged. If you receive any broken, defective, or incorrect product, please refer to our Return Policy for the best way to resolve your claim.


CREDITS


Whenever a claim results in a credit (as opposed to a refund or replacement), your credit will be issued to you as a Discount Code that can be used for any products available on wholesale.GRAV.com.


If you already do business with GRAV and have an open credit memo you’d like to redeem on wholesale.GRAV.com, please reach out to your Account Manager to have the remaining credit transferred to your online account as a Discount Code.


PAYMENTS


Wholesale.GRAV.com accepts VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards. Payment will be authorized and charged at the time you submit your order. If the payment authorization fails, your order will automatically canceled, and you’ll be prompted to re-enter the card information or provide an alternative form of payment. YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE LOST, however, orders will not be shipped until payment is taken successfully.


If a transaction fails due to an AVS error, please double check the zip code you’ve entered in your billing address is the zip code associated with that credit card.  If your card fails the AVS or CVV checks, you may see the pre-authorization appear on your credit card statement as a pending charge. The pending charge will fall off your statement after 3-5 business days.
